Share Their Interests

Tell us about your child’s favorite things, like hobbies, characters, or themes. This helps us pick a gift within our $25 limit that they’ll love!

Verify Military Status

For eligibility, please provide proof of military affiliation. This keeps us accountable to our sponsors and ensures support goes to military families.

Receive Your Child’s Surprise!

We’ll prepare and send a personalized birthday package, arriving in time to make their special day even brighter!

What Information Do I Need to Provide?

Child’s Name & Age: For a personalized card and appropriate gift. If you prefer, we can address it to you instead.
Shipping Address: Where we should send the birthday package.
Contact Details: Your phone number and email, so we can reach you with any questions.
Child’s Interests: Favorite hobbies, characters, or themes (e.g., sports, superheroes, arts & crafts). This helps us select a tailored gift within our $25 limit.
Proof of Military Status: Simple verification (e.g., military ID or other documentation) to confirm eligibility.
